Ingredients of Frittata
- Prepare 2 of eggs.
- Prepare 0.5 of carrots.
- It's 100 Grams of Cheese curts.
- Prepare 1 Bunch of microgreens.
- You need 1 Sprig of Basil.
- You need 1 of Carrot.

Frittata instructions
- Heat a frying pan with a little olive oil.
- Whip eggs the same way you would for an omlette.
- Pour it into a hot pan and add some shredded carrots.
- Once it is set, flip it over and cook for a minute.
- Add microgreens and cheese curds to the top and some more shredded carrots.
- Put it in a 250 F preheated oven for 2 minutes.
- Take it out and add some fresh basil to the top.
- Wait for it to cool down.
- Eat!.
