Spelt flour pancakes instructions
- Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
- Stir in the milk.
- Add the eggs and mix with a blender.
- Leave to rest for at least 5 -10 minutes.
- Heat some butter or coconut oil in a frying pan at low-medium heat and pour one ladle of the mixture per pancake. Once the first bubbles appear and start to burst, turn over the pancake, cook for about a minute and you're done!.
