Frittata step by step

  1. Preheat broiler to low heat..
  2. Heat oil in an oven-proof pan. Cook vegetables on stove over medium heat..
  3. Whisk eggs, cream/milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and parsley flakes. Add mixture to pan..
  4. Make sure vegetables are evenly distributed in eggs but after that don't touch it and let it cook over medium heat until eggs start to settle..
  5. When eggs are starting to visibly be cooked on top (forming a solid top coat) but still a little runny, add cheese and let it cook another minute..
  6. Add bread crumbs and put in broiler for 5 minutes or until top starts to brown..
  7. Remove pan from oven and let sit for a couple minutes before taking frittata out of the pan..
