Ingredients of Banana Cupcake
- You need 2 of Ripe banana.
- Prepare 1 cup of Semolina.
- It's 2 tsp of Curd.
- You need 2 tsp of refine oil.
- You need Pinch of Salt.

- Prepare To taste of Sugar.
- You need 1 tsp of baking soda.
- Prepare Pinch of elaichi powder.

Banana Cupcake instructions
- Add mashed ripe banana in a bowl,add suji in another bowl,now add dahi and mix it you can use maida or wheatflour also in this paste now add refine oil in this paste,add sugar,mix it well,add less sugar because banana has already it's own sweetness.
- Now add elaichi powder in this paste for flavour mix it add water as per consistency consistency neither too thick nor top thin should b like a cake batter mix it well blend it well now add mashed banana mix them well keep it aside for about 15 minutes after 15minutes add baking soda in microwave you can bake it for 10minutes.
- If you don't have microwave then take a kadahi preheat kadahi on a low medium flame spread salt as a base now Grease pancake mould add the banana paste I keep it in a steel bowl garnis with a tutty frutty or sprinkles bake in a kadahi for about 25 to 30 minute on a low flame It's ready to serve and eat demould it after it cold.
- Note -you can adjust the quantity of baking soda you can baking soda 1spoon but I added only tsp bkn soda now it's ready to eat.
