Ingredients of Mini Handvo Cupcakes
- Prepare 1 Cup of Rice.
- It's 1/2 Cup of Chanaa Dal.
- Prepare 1/4 Cup of Tuvar Dal.
- You need 1/8 Cup of Urad Dal.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Ginger garlic chili paste.
- You need 1/2 Cup of Curd.
- Prepare as per taste of Salt, turmeric and red chili powder.
- You need as required of Asafoetida.
- You need leaves of Curry.
- Prepare as required of Oil to temper.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Mustard seeds.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Cumin seeds.
- It's 1 tbsp of Seasame seeds.
- It's as per taste of Sugar (optional).
- Prepare As needed of Grated veggies of your choice.
- You need 2 tbsp of Sooji optional.
- Prepare as required of Eno salt or any fruit salt.

Mini Handvo Cupcakes instructions
- Take rice and pulses in a bowl and soak them for 6 to 8 hours..
- Then blended this mix in a mixer grinder with 1/2 Cup curd. If the mix is too thin add 2 tbsp sooji in it..
- Ferment this mix for 7 to 8 hours in dark place like your microwave or oven..
- After fermentation add grated veggies of your choice and ginger garlic paste..
- Add salt turmeric and 2 to 3 tsp red chili powder..
- Add green coriander. And 2 tsp eno salt..
- Mix well..
- For tempering take some oil add 1 tsp mustard seeds.
- When they splutter add 1 tsp cumin seeds and seasame seeds each.
- Add asafoetida and curry leaves..
- Fill cupcake mould with batter..
- Put some tempering above and then bake at 200 degrees for 20 to 22 mins untill skewer comes out clean..
- And top is little hard..
