  4. I have used a thin, small cake pan for extra mixture as I like to use less mixture in my Cupcakes.
  5. Now, Open up your cake mix in to your mixing bowl..
  6. Add in your Egg and milk..
  7. And mix for 1 minute or until combined..
  8. When combined, place your Cupcake cases in the tins.
  9. Now, preheat oven to 170°C / 325°F / Fan 150°C / Gas mark 3.
  10. When done preheating divide the mixture evenly across the cases, I leave a few extra mixture for my tin..
  11. I fill my Cupcakes half way as they will rise..
  12. Next I will grease my cake tin with butter but if you have a greasing spray you can use that.but before greasing, I like to heat my pan just a little bit..
  13. You can now add the rest of your mixture!.
  14. Now place both trays into the preheated oven.
  15. Take them out when ready, to know if they're ready, stick a toothpick or a fork and if it comes out with no residue then it's done!.
  16. Now leave them to cool while we make the icing!.
  17. To make the icing, open the package and pour into a different mixing bowl.
  18. Add the butter slowly till it's becomes thick but smooth.
  19. Put it into a piping bag and start decorating!.
  20. To make the surprise icing on the inside cut a square out.
  21. Place icing inside!.
  22. Then ice the top.
  23. Cut open!.
