- You need 250 g of plain flour.
- You need 1 tsp of bicarbonate of soda.
- You need Pinch of salt.
- You need 115 g of Brown sugar.
- It's 115 g of butter.
- It's 2 of eggs beaten.
- Prepare 500 g of mashed banana (over ripe).

Moist Banana Bread step by step
- Pre heat oven to 180 C.
- Lightly grease baking tin.
- Combine flour, bicarbonate of soda and salt.
- In another bowl cream together the sugar and butter.
- Add eggs and banana. Mix well.
- Add to flour - folding in.
- Pour into baking tin and place in oven.
- Bake for 60 mins or until knife comes out clean.
