Ingredients of Burger buns
- You need 3/1 of /2 cup flour.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of milk.
- It's 1/2 cup of warm water.
- It's 1 of tspn yeast.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of oil.
- It's 1 of large egg.
- You need 1 tbspn of sugar.
- It's 1/2 of tspn salt.
- It's of Foil paper &stapler.

I've been working on burger buns for years now and I think I've finally nailed it. This bun is soft and Sourdough is classically stretchy and this bun recipe is no exception.
Burger buns instructions
- Here are all u need,in a clean bowl add your milk,yeast.
- Warm water,salt and sugar.
- Add in oil whisk well,and add egg.
- Whisk well thej gradually add sifted flour,leaving 2 tbspn out of the flour for dusting later one,use ur hands to knead the dough for atlst 2-5mins then.
- Grease the bottom of the bowl with oil and cover with clingfilm and allow it to rest for 40min,or until double in size, now get your foil, roll it to form a firm circle staple the ends(depending on how big u want them) get a rouund jug and put the foilcirlcle ring like shown.
- To give it a more fine circle shape..
- Arrange foil circles unto a greased baking tray, now the dough have risen cut it into 6 equal portion.
- Fold it to make a fine round ball,then turn it upside down and pinch the bottom.
- Then mould it like shown,lightly press it with your palm.
- Arrange them into the foil circle and grease them all with oil,make sure u grease the foil also.
- Cover and allow them rise for 1hr.
- After one hour the babies have double beautifully in size.
- Lookat them.
- Mix 1 tspn sugar to 4 tbspn milk,and milkwash the surface like shown(u can choose not to use the sugar,but it gives a sweet taste,and when given a bite alongside all those burger goodies ooh lala).
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and bake at 250F for 15-20min.
- And tanaaaaa enjoyy and makesure u give a cooksnap when u try it💃😉😉😉.
